Return policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must also be in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Health and personal care items (for hygienic reasons)
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your bank or payment provider. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@nazlikids.com.
Shipping returns:
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
